Commissions

Commissions are open! If this be a commission for a large scale project, unique item or part of a an ongoing contract. I welcome commission of any size and scale. Due to the nature of these, time frames and prices do vary so please get in contact with as much information as possible, so I can get a good idea of your proposal and if I can help you with it! I am open for worldwide commissions and any sector, if this be interior, fashion, costume or sentiment family heirlooms.

Below you will find some examples of commissions I’ve done and what we can create!

Chandler House Chairs

In 2023 I was commissioned to recreate this set of 6 chairs which was part of a larger restoration project of the Chandler House USA. Due to the wear and age of the original fabric of the chairs they decided to commission 6 completely new covers, both the seat and back covers for the chairs. With high quality scans of the original chair fabric, I recreated the designs for embroidery with chosen additions to pay homage to the original owners of the house. They were stitched in wool onto the new fabric and once complete sent over to the USA where they were upholstered onto the original chairs.

Christening Gowns

Over the last 10 years I have stitched, altered, repaired and added to many christening/baptism gowns. From creating gowns out of wedding dresses to repairing holes in heirloom gowns. I recently had the opportunity to stitch names and dates onto an 80 year old gown, everyone who had worn the gown has had their name embroidered on. When it comes to gowns I am happy to discuss on an individual basis any projects.

Stocking Replica

When my customer pulled out her sisters childhood stocking from storage to find it damaged beyond repair she got in contact with me. She asked if there was a way to do a replica of the stocking and thats exactly what I did! As close as I could I got the design from the original stocking, using embroidery, sewing and appliqué I completed the project in time for her to gift it before Christmas!

Veil

In 2025 fellow small business owner Kelsey asked me to embroider her veil for her upcoming elopement. To say I was excited was an understatement! We had decided on cascading autumn themed flora and fauna down the two tier veil. A higher density near the top with them fading as we travel down. To complete the veil I also completed a piece that I attached right on top of the clip where you slid it into your hair. Inspired and sketched from the floral bouquet her Nan has created for her.
